At the Bank – Making a Withdrawal (Conversation)

A regular customer (Robert) is having a conversation with a bank staff (Susan).

  • Customer: Fine Susan, thanks for asking. (Kabar baik Susan, terimakasih sudah bertanya.)
  • Staff: Is there anything I can help you? (Ada yang bisa saya bantu?)
  • Customer: Yes, I need to withdraw some money. (Ya, saya butuh menarik uang.)
  • Staff: How much would you like to take out? (Berapa yang mau Anda tarik?)
  • Customer: I need $1000. (Saya butuh $1000.)
  • Staff: All right. And which account would you like to take the money from, Sir? (Baik. Dan dari rekening mana Anda mau menarik uangnya, Pak?)

  • Customer: Take it from my savings account, please. (Tolong tarik dari rekening tabungan saya saja.)
  • Staff: Yes, Sir. May I have the withdrawal slip? (Ya, Pak. Bisa saya minta slip penarikannya?)
  • Customer: Here it is. (Ini slipnya.)
  • Staff: All right. Now please swipe your ATM card here. (Baik. Sekarang tolong gesek kartu ATM Anda di sini.)
  • Customer: Okay. Then what? (Oke. Terus apa?)
  • Staff: Enter your PIN (Masukkan PIN Anda.)
  • Customer: Okay. Done? (Oke. Selesai?)
  • Staff: Yes, that'll be all. Here's your $1000, Mr. Robert (Ya, itu saja. Ini $1000 Anda, Pak Robert.)
  • Customer: Thanks a lot, Susan. (Terimakasih banyak, Susan.)
  • Staff: You're welcome, Sir. Happy to serve you. (Sama-sama, Pak. Senang melayani Anda.)
